Have you considered the importance of prepping for postpartum as you prepare for birth? As you are preparing for the arrival of your baby, it can be easy to put aside prepping for postpartum. With my Postpartum Haven Plan coaching session, I provide a safe space to discuss preparing for changes that will be happening postpartum and to work out a guide that is tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. This 2-3 hour session can be done virtually or in the comfort of your own home.

Using my knowledges as a mom and from over a decade of infant and early childhood experiences, I provide a safe space to discuss a variety of tips, strategies and suggestions to help you prepare your child for their new role! If you are giving birth to your precious baby in any trimester, I will support you no matter the outcome. You are not alone. Package includes birth support, emotional support, one prenatal visit if needed, and two one hour postpartum follow up sessions.

Do you know of someone who is grieving the loss of their baby, via miscarriage or stillbirth, and you desire to know how to walk alongside them in their grief? I offer tips, advice and guidance through how to mourn with a bereaved parent and what you can do to educate and heal yourself along with them.
